When the result of one chart leads to a random roll on another chart.

Example

High Briars Encounter Chart might have a result of "Men A" and there is a sub-table of Men A that has a result of "Special NPC" that leads to a sub-chart of powerful NPCs, that means the first roll 'scattered' twice
